• Feel free to bring a strapless bra, if you don't feel comfortable trying on different gowns without a bra. 
• It is required for you to wear underwear to your appointment.
• If you have specific shoes in mind, we encourage bringing them with you. 
• Bring images of different dresses you saw on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, etc. that you loved! That will give us a better idea on what to help you look for in our store.
• Bring a group of women or people with you that love you and support you! You want to make sure you have people with you that have your best interest at heart and opinions that you actually care for.
• And finally, be prepared to fall in love with a dress! It sometimes happens when you least expect it!

With different type of appointments, the time varies:

• Bridal ~ 1 hour and 30 minutes 
• Tux ~ 30 minutes
• Prom, Quince, Mother-of, and Bridesmaids ~ 1 hour

You are able to bring up to 4 people to accompany you at your appointment. To make accommodations for a bigger party please give us a call!

We kindly recommend that you do not bring your children for your appointment as it can be a potential danger to our delicate products and could be a distraction to other brides in appointments. If a child unexpectedly attends an appointment we will ask that they remain seated for the appointment and with an adult at all times.

We have front parking and back parking available. If the front parking is too full, follow Hanchett Street behind the store and you will find parking along with a back entrance.

The earlier the better! With current shipping times, it can take 6-9 months to order a dress in. Not to mention, you need factor in time to allow for alterations. We recommend to start shopping 12-16 months before your wedding. 

No worries, we've got you covered! We have dresses in our inventory that are ready to take home today!

We accept all major credit cards, cash or check. For the final payment to pick up your gown a personal check can not be accepted.

In the bridal industry, it is a standard that all sales are final including ordering a gown that is not in stock. Once an order is placed to a manufacturer, your gown is being cut and produced and we cannot stop this process. When making a deposit, this is a binding contract of agreement to pay the entire balance. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns at any time. 

Our dresses range between $1000-$2400! 

Bridal stock sizes range from 6-26! Dresses can be ordered between size 0 to 40!

Prom, Homecoming and Winter Formal dresses in stock range from size 00-22. Dresses can be ordered between 000-28.

Mother's dresses in stock range from size 4-22. Dresses can be ordered between size 0-30.
